Applied to Amorphous Alloy Strip Production
We choose and enhance hexagonal boron nitride materials to boost the durability and thermal shock resistance of our products(BN+Zr+Al/ BN+SiC/ BN+Zr/ BN+AlN). These materials are then combined to create boron nitride nozzles for amorphous tape, ensuring outstanding high-temperature stability, thermal shock resistance, and chemical stability. The nozzle is a critical component in achieving rapid solidification of alloys. Harsh working conditions demand that the nozzle possess excellent thermal shock resistance, resistance to high-speed airflow, erosion resistance against high-temperature molten metal, corrosion resistance to molten alloys, and oxidation resistance. Because BN-based ceramics exhibit good thermal shock resistance and processability, they are suitable for fabricating nozzles for amorphous thin strips.
As boron nitride is a machinable ceramic material, we can craft it to your specifications within approximately 2 weeks based on the provided drawings. Please click ‘inquiry’ to send us a message and, if needed, email a drawing.
Performance
1. The optimized formula and unique process make it highly resistant to thermal shock and high-temperature creep. Maximum using temperature 1700 ℃.
2. Low thermal expansion coefficient, no cracking or deformation during use.
3. Strong erosion resistance, wear resistance, and metal corrosion resistance. Long service life.
4. Good raw materials, process control, and product stability.
