Made from boron nitride (BN), the component is extremely reliable and long-lasting. Brake rings need to have specific properties, such as being able to cope with sudden temperature changes, having low friction even at high temperatures, and being resistant to corrosion and slag. These properties are important to keep the molten material flowing smoothly and prevent build-up. The size and shape of the brake ring depend on the casting equipment and materials used. We can make it according to the design and size provided by the customer.
Performance
1. The oxidation resistance temperature is 1000 ℃, which can replace graphite products.
2. Metal corrosion resistance, no wetting, long service life.
3. The product has high density, good mechanical strength, does not react with most active metals, and has good chemical stability.
